Just because breastfeeding is natural, doesn't mean it is always easy to navigate. With personalized lactation services as an ALPP certified lactation counselor, I can assist you in the privacy of your own home with breastfeeding confidence, tools and solutions. I see babies from hours old to 2 years old; it's never too late for support!

Sessions include and not limited to:

• assessment of optimal latch, milk transfer + distinguishing that your baby is growing well
• information for boosting milk supply
• feeding/nursing schedules
• suggestions and help with positions and holds
• creating a nursing space in your home
• how to use and properly clean your breast pump
• weaning from nipple shields
• referrals to amazing IBCLCs when appropriate
• unlimited phone and email support​

Return to Work + Breastfeeding Plan

Juggling being a mom, breastfeeding + transitioning back to work can be a lot of preparation. In these two personalized sessions, we will create a plan tailored to your baby and your specific work demands to set you up for the best transition and continued breastfeeding relationship with your baby.

Session includes and not limited to:

• how to build up a surplus supply of expressed breastmilk for baby's care givers
• proper expressed breastmilk storage
• how to keep milk supply up
• how much milk will baby need
• how to introduce bottle to baby
• behaviors to expect from baby when returning to work
• what to do to prepare for your return to work
• how often to pump at work
• encouragement for the emotional return and tips to keep baby "with you" at work​
• unlimited phone and email support
